Outdoor School at Camp Whittier: Parent Information Meeting

6th Grade ​Families, 

Please join us on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the E.O. Green cafeteria for an informational meeting about our upcoming Outdoor School trip to Camp Whittier. Located in the Santa Barbara mountains near Lake Cachuma, this overnight camp offers students an exciting opportunity to learn beyond the classroom, build friendships, and experience the outdoors. Families will learn about the trip, review payment information, and have an opportunity to ask questions.

The trip is scheduled for February 8–11, 2027. The total cost is $315 per student, with a $50 deposit required to reserve a spot. The deposit is applied toward the total cost. Payment plans are available, and payments must be made by cash or cashier’s check. The balance must be paid in full before the trip. Please keep all receipts as proof of payment.

We are also seeking parent chaperones, who attend at no cost. If you are interested in supporting this experience, please join us at the meeting to learn more. ​
